Pros

Both Tyler and Mike provided frequent check-ins and support with regards to contact and experiences. Advice provided regarding contracts. You always feel like they’re on your side and that they want what’s best for you—you feel taken care of professionally. Fast responses when you have questions.

Cons

I have had access to better benefits in the public school system, although they’re not terrible (just not as good).

Pros

Good communication with Tyler the recruiter. He listens to your needs and accommodates with a great placement. I have found him to be a good listener, problem solver and resource for any questions.

Cons

None noted. The nature of contract work is not paid days off, but they are fair with hourly rate.

The staff at ProCare are extremely nice & don’t give up on trying to find the perfect job for you based on what you need! My time with them was cut short when I ended up having my baby early, and they reached out to check on me and the baby often!
