Pros

The recruiters are available at any time before and after you're hired to answer questions, brainstorm your best options, find new job openings, and really just fight for your best opportunities.

Cons

If you are working full time, but it's remote, you're on a 1099 - so no benefits.

Pros

My experience working as a recruiter at ProCare Therapy has been so rewarding both personally and professionally. In addition to a supportive and team-based culture, PCT provides a thorough training process to all new internal employees to ensure they have all the knowledge and tools needed to be successful and help others succeed. The management team invests time and genuinely cares for each member of the team at every level. PCT has found that perfect balance between a fun work environment and yet still challenging employees to reach their goals while rewarding hard work. I have learned so much and gained many valuable skills in my time as an employee. It's great to find a company that feels more like family and is dedicated to helping you achieve the goals you have set for yourself.

Cons

The only thing negative I can think to add is that the starting pay is on the lower end of the spectrum. It picks up over the years, but starting out you can’t expect to be paid the same as a well-trained employee.
