      Pros

      - Growing your professional skills: organization, time management, etc. - You put into the company, and it will give back to you. - You can make good friends and build relationships in the office

      Cons

      - Be prepared to work. If you are not prepared to grind it out, to grow your desk for your first year on the floor (this will help you in the year's of growth to com, retention, etc.) this might not be the job for you. - More for upper management, but managers really need to stop hiring people into better division's or brands just because they went to the same school. They need treat everyone new person coming in the door the same.
