Pros

Good dispatchers, good customers, fair pay, freedom, local and otr work.

Cons

Driver shortages because of marijuana legalization and inability to pass drug tests, have left the temp industry scrambling to find drivers.

Hired me when I couldn't verify for 8 months of work,,do to the fact that the company went out of business.

Cons

When ProDrivers had what I believe to be an employee audit from their main office,they counldn't keep me on.
