Business Outlook
Pros
Very lenient with time off and schedule flexibility with some employees. Pay is decent.
Cons
The drivers are very rude, hostile, and high maintenance but management allows it. Hard to get answers amd you will sometimes be completely ignored. Procedures are put in place and then chaged every other day. Very outdated systems. The worst part were the drivers. Maybe 5 out of 80 drivers were actually decent human beings!
