Pros

Great value proposition for customers at a reasonable price point. Great company culture. Limited Competition.

Cons

Commission are only paid out if the branch is 80% to the prior year so its not really a sales driven commission structure. Creates ups and downs in earning potential and stability issues for sales executives. Limited upward mobility in the company.

Good dispatchers, good customers, fair pay, freedom, local and otr work.

Cons

Driver shortages because of marijuana legalization and inability to pass drug tests, have left the temp industry scrambling to find drivers.
