Company was very flexible in you schedule and allowed for a lot of out of office time when needed by employees.

Cons

The level of stress in this job was exorbitantly high for the work you are actually doing. Management is constantly looking for some one to blame when there are problems.

No pros. Very dishonest company. They say family first when actually you work your butt off to not get any incentive!!!

Cons

Upper management lies, the people you work with are only about what's best for them and what will make them look good. Do not work for this company!!!!!

Pros

Autonomous environment. Was able to run the branch like a small business but couldn’t keep an Operations Manager. I had 3 different people in less than 2 years. Cannot build any continuity with clients like that.

Cons

Finding dedicated Class A drivers. The older drivers I hired were much more mature and willing to do what was expected. However, too many just want to turn a wheel and do not have the proper work ethic. Not enough good drivers out there and that is a problem.
