Bad leadership from both the senior and middle level. The expectation is that you will work around the clock. They will 'eliminate your position' and then turn around to hire someone else with the same job duties. It is a mess.

We continue to add both temporary and full-time staff to handle our workload and provide leadership training opportunities to support our workforce. We know it can be difficult to understand certain personnel changes that may involve confidential information. We seek to hire the most qualified staff to support our evolving business needs and serve our patient population. If you’re feeling stressed or overloaded, we want to know so we can adjust. Please share your thoughts with your manager and ask them to address your concerns. If your manager is not responsive, please reach out to HR. We want to make sure our staff are supported and appreciated.

We review pay regularly to understand how we compare to the external market, and we have made changes when we have identified gaps, but we know others remain and we're working on addressing those as well. Our goal is to provide competitive compensation and opportunities for growth.
