      Work-Life Balance and Flexibility is great

      Cons

      Low wages Don't keep up with inflation No advancement for great performers No raises Benefits were sold off so ProMedica can make money High Deductibles Low 401k matching Will hire someone at or near your current salary since its already pretty low even if you have over a decade with the company Rewards people for leaving or coming back but not staying
