Wages, insurance, 401K, the people you work side by side with everyday! Tuition reimbursement.

Cons

They do not care about loyalty, only money! Use to be a great place to work in the 1980s, but not NOW! The management make decisionsure that affect the workers when they have never even done our jobs!

They have no compassion or appreciation for their employees and will fire you even if you have been a loyal employee for over ten years, they will kick you when you are down instead of helping their employees get back on their feet.

The benefits are great. They usually give out annual raises. There is always room to move up in this organization and they try there best to always hire from within.

Cons

It's really difficult to get things done in a fast manner. The communication of changes could be a lot better.
