      Pros

      I respect my leaders and value the trust and autonomy they give me. I feel empowered to make a meaningful impact in my community and in my role here. Their support is unwavering and appreciated.

      Cons

      My challenges are more related to the nature of a creative career than to my employer. While creativity is something everyone enjoys, it can make our work more complex. Despite our efforts to educate and uphold brand standards, it’s often difficult to ensure that every individual consistently acts as a brand ambassador.
