Good benefits, work life balance. Not too demanding.

Cons

Awful compensation, middle-management is awful, senior/executive-level management is really great but don't get much exposure. Never received a performance review, even though I requested one.

Great work life balance; loved my staff and coworkers.

Cons

Director lacked basic morals and had an extreme lack of integrity. Was caught several times in a lie to make his team look bad and himself look good. This was relayed up the chain of command and was never addressed appropriately.
