      The senior leadership care. At times it can feel micromanaged, but the bootstraps are getting tightened right now, so I feel that is normal. They treat employees well. The leadership leads and treats others with respect and as humans.

      In a big organization, communication gets laxed at times. Little room for growth at a certain point.
