Pros

The insurance is affordable as long as you use Promedica providers. Also get major holidays off.

Cons

The PTO/Sick/Vacation policy for hourly employees is laughable... unless you've been there more than 5 years.

Flexibility with scheduling conflicts, understanding of life events and need for days off. Weekend rotation is 1 weekend a month with 2 days off during the week to compensate. PTO hours are accrued quickly and from day 1. Health benefits are ok for the area.

Cons

Not competitive compensation to others in the area. Not great teamwork among staff.
