Pros

The pay is competitive and they train you adequately.

Cons

Most of middle management are overburdened while executives do nothing. Poor communications, and lack of communications. Many of the hospitalised are incompetent. Horrible food in the cafeteria. Employees complained for two years but no one cares.

Pros

Busy work environment and 12 hours shifts were nice. Made the day go by quick and gave you more free time. Management at that time was not afraid to try new things, which had its benefits and its problems.

Cons

Pay was low, understaffed for the massive workload (took forever to replace lost employees, if at all). Benefits weren't very great.
