Focused on Money, Not Employee Satisfaction

Lots of PTO. Some flexibility with schedule.

Cons

Had to use PTO to take holidays off. Very difficult to get time off. Minimal raises, never more than 2% but usually 1%...not based on merit but rather company general discretion.
