Pros

Really strong in technology and really cares about you as a person. Management is top of the line. The best company I have worked for.

Cons

Minus one star review because there is always that fear you will lose your job. Not based on performance, based on budget. Always cutting no clinical first even thought there is a surplus in clinical.

Very large organization. Lots of nursing jobs. Decent benefits.

Cons

HR is not helpful. They do not care about promoting from within or helping their employees once they graduate and want to move up within the company. Typically jobs are given to friends and not to those most qualified. Need better communication from management. Need to know the right people.

Wonderful facility; constantly meeting new people; fitness atmosphere; free gym membership for employees including unlimited group exercise classes.

Cons

They won't let you work overtime, which is difficult when you sometimes have to work six days a week; new positions take a very long time to get approved.
