      Pros

      Many decent benefits and always looking to improve the work/life balance of its' employees promedica has kept me from wanting to look onward to other companies. I have looked and honestly its hard to find a better job in my field with same level of reduced stress.

      Cons

      The pay isn't really as good as other places, but once you add up the retirement benefits and consider the crazy amount of time off you get its worth budgeting a little tighter at home.

      Pros

      The pros were that I was per diem so I could pretty much make my own schedule. I was able to get a chance to get retirement benefits after a year

      Cons

      The downside for working here was that it is a big company and it didn't feel very personal. I worked at two different hospitals and didn't really have the chance to make a bond with my coworkers at either place.
