      Pros

      Coworkers (although, finding those who weren't rude or socially inept was difficult) The cafeteria is pretty awesome. ProMedica does nice things for their employees (picnics, block parties, snacks, etc.)

      Cons

      No meaningful advancement. Pay is arbitrary. No progressive discipline program in place.
