      Pros

      There was a huge group of people that actually cared about the residents individually. Positive atmosphere for the most part. Great start off pay with experience.Lots of hours offered even at just part time I was working full time hours!

      Cons

      For every good there is a bad. There were some that were there and still are there just for money. Lots of sneakiness and backstabbing. More so like being in high school instead of a job setting.

      Pros

      The pros were that I was per diem so I could pretty much make my own schedule. I was able to get a chance to get retirement benefits after a year

      Cons

      The downside for working here was that it is a big company and it didn't feel very personal. I worked at two different hospitals and didn't really have the chance to make a bond with my coworkers at either place.
