Decent benefits. Education assistance. Lateral and vertical moves possible and likely with continued education.

Cons

Change wanted by non management employees is extremely slow, and may take in excess of 3 years. Behind the times on pay and benefits.

Compensation is very good compared to other RN jobs within the market. Great Health care benefits with amazing Medical Insurance.

Cons

As a Registered Nurse, there is not much room to advance in your career. There are limited day shift opportunities but there are unlimited night positions.
