      Friendly environment, competitive pay, decent benefits. New Respiratory department director coming in after a year without one. The managers are great and try to help you in any way they can.

      Cons

      understaffed at some times but that is expected at any hospital.

      Cons

      Less exposure to treatment of cognitive and language disorders. Due to heavy evaluation caseload, it's tough to get the adequate treatment required during the acute stage of neurologic disease/disorder.
