Pros

It is a stable job. No layoffs in my department. lots of available for job movement in my department. Great people to work with.

Cons

Don't think compensation is in line with other health care companies in the city. People that hire in newer, make more an hour than "veterans" of the department.

Small facility, Great Pay, Unions, Great Co-workers, Modern landscaping, Great Bosses, management always there for open communication! Education tuition reembursement.

Cons

Older Surgical rooms, small facility, few docs, few raises because we're paid well.

I worked in Provincial House which is part of ProMedica and it was one of the worst places to work new management changes frequently. Treating employees unequally and lack of compassion for employees when ill or family problems.
