401k match is terrible must wait 1 year before any match is made. The match is only distributed in March and is not fully vested for 5 years.

I have been a long-time employee who has worked in several divisions. I have been able to take advantage of things like in house development and tuition reimbursement to grow professionally and experience different areas of work.

Cons

Things are always changing, but that is more of a comment on the current state of healthcare than this company in particular
