      Easy to move up the company. Great benefits. The job is rewarding in itself.

      Retirement plan and 401k it just depends on how many years you put into ProMedica

      Being moved up supervisor to manager manager to Administration those jobs are not secure for you your best bet is to stay as a supervisor because you never know once you move up to a manager Administration it going to be walking you out that door I have seen so many come and go that way and I was there for 24 years.
