      The last few years have enabled ProMedica to really shine with what they do best, hospitals and doctors. The new leadership is great and has a lot of positive momentum.

      Cons

      Still reeling from all of the financial issues caused by the last administration. Many times there are short falls when it comes to employee, benefits, and perks.
