Pros

Grow from Scheduler I to Scheduler II Nice benefits

Pay is o-k-a-y, other companies in the area are paying their schedulers more. We are charged for parking Their is departmental favoritism A lot of nit picking Managers dont share duties, one hogs more work then the other Managers never remember or deny things they say often One manager is walked over by the other manager, and there for just goes with what ever to keep their job. Neither truly know the details of the scheduler role, and asked other seasoned schedulers how to do daily tasks. No proper training program, everything is winged. Many schedulers do not want to work in the department because of the chaos.
