Horrible benefits & high deductibles, no sick time, cost of living raises are held as long as possible, they keep their 401k until the beginning of every year in case you quit they won’t have to match the THREE %. They don’t care about their employees at all. They cut from the workers yet never trim the executive budget.

I have yet to find something about ProMedica that I would seek to improve. In any areas that fall short, the organization is always taking the leap to correct before it becomes troublesome.
