      Pros

      Upward mobility, yearly pay increases, flexible schedules, and many job opportunities within the system.

      Cons

      I've really enjoyed working for this company. I don't have any cons. I have understanding managers, great coworkers, and all the tools I need to complete my job. They have also been flexible with my schedule and my positions as needed.

      Pros

      ProMedica has a great atmosphere, great coworkers, and is very active in the community. They provide a lot of extras as far as discounts for zoo, walleye games, etc. to give you something to do with your friends and family. The health benefits are good as well.

      Cons

      Pay is on the low side in comparison to other companies. Also, depending on the department you are in it can be difficult to advance in the company.
