Pros
Best PR/Marketing team in town. Logo on everything! It was great to have a job with a paycheck when I really needed it.
Cons
Dishonest, untrustworthy managers who create culture of fear. No work from home option due to micromanagement and paranoia...unless you are one of the senior staffers. No room for advancement due to longevity of senior staffers. Barriers to innovation because senior staffers have never worked anywhere else in their adult lives. Extremely low pay compared to market.
