A lot of IT roles are mostly remote. Easy to get work done.

Cons

Paid time off balance has to be used for holidays, how this isn’t a separate bank is beyond me. Management will often say one thing and then change to another, KEEP RECEIPTS! Some IT teams have to go into the office a few times a month while others don’t. This is all in the name of collaboration, though everyone still spends the entire day on Teams with their headphones on and their heads down. 2% raises. Some managers are overly eager to please anyone that ranks above them, regardless of necessity.

I had the opportunity to engage with ProMedica and overall, my experience was quite positive. One of the standout features of the company is the atmosphere created by its employees and managers. The staff at ProMedica are incredibly kind and friendly, making it a very welcoming place to work.

Cons

One downside is the salary offerings, which are not as competitive as one might hope. This could be a point of consideration for those with more experience in the field or those dependent on a higher income.
