Pros
they are the number one health care system in the country. If you are a good employee your job is very secure. There are many different locations to work and you can transfere and bid on jobs. The pay seems to be average and the medical insurance is probably the best one out there. They are flexable with family and understanding with time off. They are always trying to better improve their systems and keep up with the most up to date and latest systems available. The boses are always available and it is easy to go to a higher chain of comand if you are dissatisfied with your results.
Cons
Large corporation sometimes more concerned with making money than keeping their employees happy. It sometimes seems as though they are willing to spend money on things that are not needed rather than on increasing employee salary or things that would benifit the employees rather than just the company. I think that they could give out bonuses based on the profits of the company for that year. If it were not for the employees that costumers would not keep coming back so it would be nice to see that we are appreciated in that way.
