Monday through Friday Job 730-430 schedule no weekends usually (Clinic setting) Most Holidays off 3% raise for most employed staff (yearly) Office has Target goals yearly (monetary compensation -Rare/ Occasionally) Staff work well as a team/ Providers and OM are AMAZING Fair Communication between Providers and Staff Semi-Busy/ Low stress environment (Clinic) Clean/ Organized Environment Plenty of Team building events Nice Area to Walk around during Lunch Breaks Rest areas inside and outside 401k Health/ Dental/Vision/Life Insurance offered Company has Strong values in helping the community

Cons

Not much room for overtime or additional work hours Unless additional education is received low/no chance of moving up in the company Occasions of Disgruntled Clients/Patients regarding Billing or Legal Situations lack of security on site Rest area seating outside not maintained 3% yearly raise does not always keep up with growing economy Inflation Insurance Cost rising yearly while Insurance coverage is less.
