Cons

They handed over management of the pharmacy operations to a consulting firm and have generally overhauled things and created misery for employees. Money tends to matter more than safety or employee satisfaction

All ran smoothly until the big buyout where only the name was going to change and all our careers were expected to be secure.

Cons

Big changes in how employees were treated after the purchase from Gentiva. Lots of promises and fluff. No follow-through. Definitely no longer felt like home with the intention of it not.
