Leadership cares that you are doing what you enjoy, HR is easy to work with with figuring out Healthcare benefits and problems, Many different types of contracts to work on, Lots of family-friendly activities to go to, Company doesn't fire you after contract ends - they work with you til they can put you on a new contract
Cons
Needs more monthly activities or outside of work get togethers (only about once a month currently)
