I wish I could leave

Pros

The people are the only asset.

Cons

Not being recognized despite hard work. Long hours. Being obsessed with MARGIN MARGIN MARGIN (I get it - you want to make money). I'd leave, but the hours here are so tough I don't really have the time or availability to interview elsewhere. Also "staffing" isn't really a job that I feel like transfers well to other jobs so it's easy to see why people get sucked into this industry. You don't need a college degree to work here - just a GED and some proper training.

Pros

-lots of room for advancement -great company to grow with -fun atmosphere -quarterly bonuses -free lunches on Fridays -nice internal referral incentive ($500 per hire) -always busy (day goes by quickly) -easy access to higher level management (CFO/CEO sit on floor) -high level of one on one training

Cons

Base compensation may be a bit low but it is worth it due to the amount of training and career opportunities provided in the long run. There are plenty of ways to advance within the company.
