      Entrepreneurial Culture, Highly talented technical folks, Lot of opportunities to grow

      Cons

      Lack of vision from senior management, no dedicated resources for marketing/advertising, need more ammunition from offshore team to generate leads. Sales people work in silos and lack transparency, no effective or efficient process in place to enter sales activities in the CRM tool.
