Pros

ProValue management encourages personal growth and recognizes employee talents to put people in the best positions for them. This is the most generous company I have ever worked for, both in pay and benefits, but also a variety of other ways they show appreciation to employees. ProValue is a team-centered company, focus is placed on a positive culture, and we have a committee whose goal is creating fun things to do throughout the year. Highly recommend!

Cons

You may not want to retire!

Pros

Great benefits offered to employees. Many opportunities to generate sales. The company does a great job of creating a culture unique to its stakeholders. Some work-related trips are possible for most employees.

Cons

Work from home or remote is on a limited basis. Some advancement opportunities are available but not many and advancement can take many years.

Thank you for your thoughtful review! We’re glad to hear that you value the benefits and the opportunities to generate sales. It's also great to know that you appreciate the unique culture we've worked hard to create for our team and stockholders. We also recognize the value of work-related trips as a way to connect and grow, so we're happy to see that you find those opportunities valuable. We understand your feedback regarding remote work and advancement opportunities, and we’re continually evaluating how to balance flexibility with the needs of the business. We also appreciate your suggestion for improving workplace efficiencies—it's something we'll take into consideration as we look for ways to optimize our processes. Thanks again for sharing your perspective, and for being a part of the ProValue team!
