Pros

KFSA is a great company to work for with excellent benefits. I love my job and my insureds that I get to work with everyday and take pride in providing excellent customer service to fit the insurance needs of all my customers.

Cons

Don't really have any cons. KFSA is a fast paced working environment and always busy which I love and like to stay busy.

Pros

Great place to work. Positive atmosphere, good work life balance, and rewarding tasks are a few reasons why I love working here. Also great benefits package as well as compensation.

Cons

Employees must be self starters and studious which comes naturally for me but I know others may prefer more hands on work.
