Lost their way; half the ecosystem is handled by consultants now

Pros

- The Business Systems team is strong - The intention to do well is still there - strong sense of camaraderie and inclusion from my specific team - work life balance - dev salary and benefits were within market expectations

Cons

- if consultants created an error, the higher ups instantly blamed me - every single board member left in the span of 9 months - they no longer ship a viable product and customers are not happy
