Pros

Procede has integrity. They take care of their employees and listen to them. People are held accountable for their actions which seems to inspire positive attitudes and intentions. The staff is friendly, kind, and helpful.

Cons

There are cliques that can be daunting. The dynamic of team members could improve.

Team building activities definitely solidify the group, which is why we have tried a few company activities in the last few years, such as a fishing trip, occasional food trucks and we even had a Procede Olympics competition. We also try to encourage team leaders to hold their own team building activities to bond with their team. Pros

Small company feel with good company culture. People are welcoming and there are lots of folks that have been around since the company was founded, therefore, you have a good mix of very knowledgeable seasoned people and those who are still fairly new and learning as they go. Great opportunity to learn and grow! Casual environment, decent benefits, company activities/outings and management is flexible with work schedules.

Cons

Not really a "con" but it would be nice to have more team building as a company (not just between teams), especially due to all the new employees who have joined within the last year.
