I understand this is a consulting firm. I was billable since day one (this info is important later). After I gave my two weeks notice, 2 things happened.
1. My last few paychecks didn't reflect my pay raise which I thought I would see. I assume my pay raise was cancelled as soon as I dropped my 2 weeks notice. I
2. My client decided to drop me two days ahead of my last day as it was the last day of the sprint and it makes total sense for them to not want me just for first two days of a new sprint. But I was very disappointed when procentrix expedited my departure interview two days early as well. Basically my two weeks notice was not respected as soon as I was not billing. Those last 2 days would be the only time I would not be actively billing as I was billable since day 1. I understand its at will employment but I would have appreciated a little bit of respect. This wasn't just about my paystub missing two unplanned days but it was more about respect.
