Pros
Procentrix (PCX) hired me two years ago, and its so much different compared to other tech companies Ive worked for. For one, they take care of their employees, and make sure everyone has what they need to be successful in their role. Theyre not big on micromanaging, and dont breathe down your neck for remote workers. All they ask is for employees to do their jobs in a timely fashion, and everyone is happy.
Cons
Benefits could be a little better, along with the PTO Structure (no dedicated Vacation/Sick Leave. Aside from that, there really are no complaints. Everyone is family here!
