Pros

You can earn a lot of commission money. Overall compensation is not good compared to the competition though

Cons

Management in this branch is awful. There’s no room to move if you want career advancement. The culture is toxic. They don’t appear to want to make decisions to fix this.

Learning how to cope in difficult scenarios and how to adapt in face pace call center. Upper management is great with helping when its needed.

Cons

Takes too long to obtain PTO.
