      Pros

      You won't feel micromanaged here, there's a great work culture and collaborative environment (e.g. company events, celebrations, etc.), you will feel like your work is recognized, your opinion matters and they will support your career growth in whichever direction you want it to go.

      Every company has its downside, nothing I would point out as a reason to avoid working here.

      Pros

      Procom is the best company to work for. I have been here for 10+ years. Company has allowed me grow personally as well as professionally. I come to office with much excitement!! yes.. even today! :) very fortunate to work @Procom.
