      Pros

      Procom is like my second family, we all enjoy working together and promote a flexible fun work environment. Procom cares about their employees, clients and consultants. Working at Procom has allowed me personally to grow over the years. Management listens to you, if you take the time to share your concerns.

      Cons

      Every company has its downside, there's always room for improvement. We are always looking for ways to improve and be the leader in our industry.

      Pros

      Everyone is so friendly and respectful, it is a relaxed environment. I have learned so much since working for this company which in my opinion is very important.

      Cons

      The only con for me is the location I would prefer if it wasn't in such a busy area, however I do understand it's a central location.

      Pros

      Great work environment, positive and upbeat. The company is growing so there is always something to keep you busy and learning. Also the easy access to work from the very conveniently located subway is a definite pro!

      Cons

      Just the regular office politics, nothing out of the ordinary.
