Where to start....
The management is awful! The Director doesn't do anything but put people down and if someone leaves for a better opportunity he goes around calling them names such as "stupid" "idiotic", and using phrases like "they'll never succeed anywhere" He is barely ever visible. They talk bad about employees to other employees on a regular basis.
A lot of people have left lately because of how bad this place is run and as soon as they do the managers go around saying awful stuff about them. I am now looking for a new job because of it.
THERE IS NO ROOM FOR ADVANCEMENT!
The majority of the reviews of the office that are positive are being put up by management or are just fake.
