Pros

- always looking for innovations in our business - fairly flat organization and not a lot of bureaucracy - flexible in many ways

Cons

- internal communication can be lacking and even about important issues - very little opportunity for career growth

Pros

They take care of their employees - I've seen several examples of financial support above LTD insurance or other benefits when employees are in need. They support charities, are flexible with hours, believe in family first, etc. They pay well, good perks to the job. The office I work in has a close-knit team, most of whom have been here for 5 or more years which says a lot.

Cons

Some of the company procedures are not the same in every office, so it's a bit of a pain if you are working with another office on a multi-site hire, but they are working on better communication and policies which should help.

Pros

Procom great company to work for. I have been with the company for more than 10 years and still love working here. It offer great working environment and easy communication with the management. The company values its employs and take care of them like family. Employees have a chance to grow with the organization if they choose too. The team is very talented and friendly.

Cons

Nothing comes to my mind. Its offers wok/life balance and the management is very open to addressing any issues we may have.
