Pros

Easy going colleagues and fantastic senior management. Procom is a well-established company, which provides you all the training that you need. You will never get lost. Everyone helps each other and aim to the same goal to finish tasks. Head office location is great, right on the top of subway station.

Cons

A better coffee machine will save my life.

Pros

If you’re a man you will get paid more. Hybrid

Cons

Unorganised Poor training Poor management A company so devoid of actual leadership it really is a mystery it’s around. Truly benefiting from being one of the first staffing agency’s in Canada. If you’re a women that works here just know they are paying a man in the same position as you more.

Pros

Great dinner places with team. Great office space.

Cons

Micro managing A snr manager on the Roger’s team that gets nothing done but curses a lot. They would trick you into training just to fire you.

Pros

Nice coworkers, remote work options, nice office.

Cons

During the hiring process I felt rushed to sign everything, they also made many false promises. Vacation and sick days are not available paid, it’s pro rated… block out periods for time off, very low pay and no room for growth. I was promised a higher salary and role within a few months. That was another lie most team members don’t move role or get salary increases until a few years in. I also felt very lost my first few weeks, the training is severely lacking. You are left to fend for yourself most of the time which makes it difficult to complete tasks. The work load is also pretty hefty for a entry level low paying role.
