      Pros

      There are high expectations for the employees but we, and our time, are treated with respect. Almost everyone up and down the chain works hard and produces; which makes it a lot easier to put in the extra effort needed during crunch times. They are also making a concerted effort to be inclusive and diverse; which always makes a better place to work for everyone.

      The people you work with, the atmosphere, the support, compensation and the all around awesomeness this company puts out is unmatched. If you put in the effort, you will be rewarded.
